I've worked in the field of visual design with a focus on customer experience for over 14 years, spanning across a diverse range of industries including finance, science, publishing, mobile, education and entertainment.
I've held senior positions in Australia at Different, Optus, The White Agency, ACP Magazines and in the UK at Nature Publishing Group and Discovery Networks Europe.
My skills include; visual concepting, complex information visualisation, presenting, visual voice mapping, moodboards, user testing, prototyping, wireframing, comparative analysis, interaction design and development, service design, mobile design, interface design, tablet design, illustrating, project planning and mentoring junior staff.

Different helped Macquarie Bank launch a new personal banking website called Macquarie Personal in 2010. I was lead visual designer and responsible for the concepting, visual design, visual voice mapping, interactive design, branding and styleguide.

We were engaged by Thomson Reuters to improve the customer experience of the charting software. I was team lead responsible for writing the research plan, usability testing, concepting, create interaction principles, annotating wireframes for the concept document and creating the final visual designs.

Different helped Macquarie Bank launch a new platform called Macquarie Edge in 2009. I was lead visual designer and responsible for the visual design, information visualisation, interactive design, branding and components of the development. The platform won the Amber Award for Customer Experience – Best Online Broking in 2009 and the AIMIA Award for Financial Services in 2010.
II was lead UX designer on this project and responsible for the concepting, personas and wireframes.
